Okay, so as someone who's acquired the morphing technology, Tobias can morph into any creature he touches. This includes characters! So obviously I need a little input from you guys.

He can only copy instinctual information, so if your character has powers they were born with but couldn't be used without training he can't use those. If your character doesn't have DNA, he also can't morph them. Additionally he'd have to acquire them while in his red-tailed hawk form. ('Acquiring' just makes your character sleepy for a moment, and it's not likely that most will really notice anything wrong.)

In general the Animorphs have agreed not to acquire anything/anyone sentient who doesn't give permission, but they've been known to break this rule when they need to.

In addition! Tobias is from the '90s. '90s culture is pretty rampant through the books. Doom, Pokemon, Baywatch, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and other things are referenced, sometimes often. If your character's canon was around in the '90s and there's a reasonable chance that a dorky kid in California could have seen it, please let me know!

Note that because his ability to generate hyperresonance is based on fonon frequency, not genetics, Tobias couldn't mimic it (since birdboy has his own fonon frequency). All the rest of Asch's abilities are from martial training.
Does your character have scars or any sort of external, permanent injury?: Significant scars - left leg just before hip attachment, left shoulder, stomach, right forearm/back of hand. Right hip was dislocated some years previously. (All of these are headcanon except the stomach wound, which is about a year old at this point and is from canon.)

Kiryu: Technically human? He is kind of a zombie though and considers himself more undead than anything.

Riku: Well, I guess KH character have a certain magical potential, so it's possible that if Tobias got any training in it, he could use magic in Riku's morph. He wouldn't have access to Soul Eater/Way to the Dawn though since that's a Heart thing for the most part.
Jellal: Ahahaha Jellal has a lot natural magical power, so Tobias would have access to that even without training. Trying to use it may lead to... interesting results though. Probably. Lots of explosions. Likely. Idek.
Kiryu: Kiryu on the other hand only gained his particular set of powers thanks to dieing, so if Tobias were to morph into him, he'd come out ordinary human, I guess?

Jellal: He has some weird face tattoo that may or may not be birthmark considering that he's had it at least since age eleven and it seems to grow with him?
Kiryu: As far as scars go, Kiryu had a criminal mark branded on the right side of his face when he was seventeen.

5D's itself is from 2008, but the original Yu-Gi-Oh! manga and anime started in 1996 and 1998 respectively. Neither got to US until 2002/2001 though, so I guess he probably won't recognize Kiryu's card game either? :|a

Nessiah: Nessiah, as an angel, has wings. (One is white and one is black.) He also originally had eyes. He can cast magic, but without any of the knowhow Tobias shouldn't attempt it.
V/V: Um okay. V/V is originally a very big plant. A fish-shaped plant with trees for wings is the canon description. Yeah. When the leaves come down they turn into 'angels' that are barely sentient (think rabid dogs) and attack any life they see. She's a thousand meters long and probably won't fit on most of the floors.
Zett: Yo. Zett is also capable of shifting forms to his more humanish form like this. His powers are lightning and dark attacks, as well as one earth attack and a magic shield thing he used once in the anime. He's capable of flying with the wings, and is pretty good at jumping in his human form.

Can Tobias acquire your character?: OOCly, sure. ICly, good luck to approach Ganondorf, let alone for this to work but WHO KNOWS.

Does your character have any kind of natural abilities/physical features?: Plenty, but all of them are related to his Demonic Soul and the Triforce of Power, so he couldn't acquire any that way outside of what every Gerudo got, which is pretty much only superior physical strength IIRC.
Does your character have scars or any sort of external, permanent injury?: That's the tricky part. In my headcanon, Ganondorf's development has been heavily altered from birth by his Demonic Soul (hence the greeny skin), and later by his prolonged possession the Triforce of Power and subsequent Immortality/Dark World imprisonment. So if Tobias was to morph into Ganondorf, he would only look like a generic Gerudo male and not like Ganondorf. They'd probably share a pretty big family resemblance at least.

While most of that potential will remain untapped without training in how to *use* it, it can sometimes be used accidentally when panicked/angered/going through some really extreme emotions. Anything cast in this manner is likely going to be Earth-based (aka expect earthquakes or meteors).

Since the Keyblade is tied to Terra's heart and not his genetics, Tobias won't be using that anytime soon.

Can Tobias acquire your character?: I'm okay with him acquiring all three of mine - that's Sheba, Anise, and Dio. ICly it may be a little more difficult to manage; Dio doesn't generally let people get close (though if you tackle him and pin him to the ground - which is a thing in canon - you could easily grab his DNA) and Sheba would be a little iffy about letting him acquire her if she knew about it (though if they were friends she'd be much less iffy about it). It would probably be pretty easy to acquire Anise, though - she's affectionate, to say the least.
What species is your character/does your character consider themselves?: Sheba and Anise consider themselves human, and they are; Dio's a clone, but he's based off human DNA, so really Tobias would be acquiring his original's DNA.
Does your character have any kind of natural abilities/physical features?: Most born Jupiter Adepts have a natural affinity for wind and mind reading; the ability to use Psynergy is in her blood, and some Jupiter Adepts are known to do things with the wind before they're conscious of doing it (see: Ahri in Contigo). The mind reading is an at-will thing, but Tobias could probably trigger it by attempting thoughtspeak. Anise's use of artes is a trained thing, though; Dio has no special abilities save for being a fantastic asshole.

Can Tobias acquire your character?: I. I don't know. Xemnas HAS a body, but what it's made of exactly is a bit ambiguous.
What species is your character/does your character consider themselves?: A Nobody; a human-like creature incapable of emotions with vast and peculiar powers.
Does your character have any kind of natural abilities/physical features?: No emotions. None. Not even likes and dislikes. There are no feels. He also has a remarkably alarming control over what he calls 'nothingness' or the void, able to do ALL KINDS of horrible things with it. This would take immense training to duplicate well.

What species is your character/does your character consider themselves?: Lorelei considers himself to be the aggregate sentience of the seventh fonon. However using morphing powers on him is likely to result in a cheagle, or in a human redhead.
Does your character have any kind of natural abilities/physical features?: Cheagles can breathe FIRE. A natural ability of both forms would be hyperresonance, but Tobias is unlikely to determine how to use it, as it seems to require inducement externally the first time.

What species is your character/does your character consider themselves?: Reno's Gaian, though fundamentally human his genetic structure is probably quite a bit different than an Earth Human.
Does your character have any kind of natural abilities/physical features?: His best feature is his speed; running, jumping, climbing, that sort of thing. He's pretty damn fast and use that to his advantage in battle.
Does your character have scars or any sort of external, permanent injury?: Reno's got quite a few battle scars, including one on his stomach and one on his knee. Most of them are pretty old save for those two.

Did this canon exist in the form you play from in the '90s?: The original game is, complete with blocky pixely 3D, yes. Reno's actual appearance is quite a bit different from the models and original concept art, though his name, hair, and tattoos much be recognizable to someone paying attention.
